Praise releases latest EP

Every giant was once a child and every child can be a giant if given a chance to grow into what they envision.

Such is the case of local hip-hop and RnB artist Dolph Tangeni, who goes by the stage name, Praise, who rrecently released his second work in the form of an EP titled ‘Bad Life.

 The EP details his life experience and memories, lifestyle and the hardships he goes through in trying to make ends meet his family.

The lyrics talk about where I grew up, my love for basketball and all the challenges I have experienced this far.

The lyrics are very catchy and I feel that if more people listened to the song they will be able to relate and connect with me as an artist and I have a lot to bring to the table if given a chance,” Praise said.

The basketball player completed his Degree in Computer Studies at the Namibian University of Science and Technology (Nust) and has been in the music industry for 8 years.

The Oshakati based singer who work as an IT technician in that town is urging music lovers to give him a chance by listening to his EP.

“My passion for music started when I was still at Ruacana High School but I wasn’t able to take it seriously due to the obligations I had and even though I had to stop making music and focus on my school work, the passion and drive never died.

 I am really looking forward to having a collaboration with Lucid Meno as I think his work is really good.

“Apart from music and basketball, I also love writing poetry and in most cases, I include my poetry in my music to express what I go through and how I feel,” He added.
