Psychiatric patients share rooms amid Covid scourge

AT least 60 offenders that are psychiatric patients at Windhoek Central Hospital forensic department are allegedly sharing a few rooms, risking contracting the deadly Covid-19 in the process.
An impeccable source within the institution this week said the situation is worrisome and could expose the patients.
