Customers no longer need to carry cash, visit a branch or be physically present to send money, and it is simply a matter of making use of the digital platforms such as PayPulse that facilitate the ease of such transactions.

Not only is the ‘send money’ fee waiver making it absolutely free for customers to send money to another or their own wallet through PayPulse, but it effortlessly enables the use of other services including paying for utilities, buying groceries, buying medication at pharmacies, purchasing airtime  and electricity and so much more.

Itembu has further encouraged customers to continue to make use of digital, contact-free channels when transacting for the convenience and for health reasons.

One can access PayPulse by downloading the App on the App Store/Google Play or by dialling *140*6626# and following the required steps.
