SECRETARY-General of Swapo, Sophia Shaningwa has castigated, in the strongest terms, the utterances of Namibia Defence Forces (NDF) Group Captain and personal assistant to the defence minister, Sebulhon Ntinda who called his female colleagues ‘prostitutes’.
