SOS battle spills into court

NON-GOVERNMEN-TAL organisation SOS Children’s Village is fighting to keep its movable property that was recently attached by the Tsumeb deputy sheriff following a labour court case.

In an affidavit seen by Confidente, SOS Children’s Village, which is the applicant, listed Selma Uyumba as the first respondent while the deputy sheriff for the district of Tsumeb is the second respondent and Nikarnor Shikangala N.O is the third respondent.
