Supra Health N$34m tender award upheld

THE High Court has dismissed, with costs, a challenge lodged by SJV Medical Supplies to set aside a decision by the public procurement review committee to uphold a N$34.3 million tender awarded to Supra Health by the health ministry earlier this year.

SJV Medical Supplies in late September moved an urgent application seeking an interdict regarding the staying of a decision to award a tender for medical supplies to Supra Medical Health Care Johannesburg (Pty) Ltd, pending the review of the said decision.
