SWANU’S parliamentary stance on the legalisation of marijuana, purported incompetence and the alleged dysfunctionality of both the party’s central committee (CC) and politburo, as well as the appointment of former trade unionist, Evilastus Kaaronda to the position of party secretary general, are amongst the issues that have stirred the hornet’s nest at the country’s oldest political outfit, Confidente has learnt.
