Unfair labour practices alleged at Erindi

WHILE the country is battling with the rectification of archaic apartheid structures, employees at Erindi Private Game Reserve are alleging that they are enduring discriminatory labour practices.

The revelations came to light this week, following a botched disciplinary hearing between the company’s management and some of the employees.

At the centre of the accusations are some of Erindi’s management who are not only accused of having ‘threatened the staff members in the past but has upgraded to victimising the employees of the ranch.
