Unity Alliance backs Angula’s Presidential bid

The United People’s Movement (UPM), National Empowerment Fighting Corruption (NEFC), and Kingdom of God Political Party have endorsed Ally Angula as their 2024 Presidential candidate.

The alliance’s launch favouring Independent Presidential Candidate Ally Angula took place in Windhoek’s Gateway Conference Centre. The UPM President, Jan Van Wyk, the NEFC’s Kenneth Iilonga and KG Namibia’s Polykarp Ameya attended the launch.

During the launch, the UPM and the NEFC signed a memorandum of agreement, symbolising their commitment not to field presidential candidates but to support and unite around Angula, an independent candidate.

United People’s Movement leader Jan Van Wyk said the partnership is lawful and recognised by the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN).
