Uutoni puts brakes on Iita return

MINISTER of Urban and Rural Development, Erastus Uutoni has stalled Oshakati town council’s ‘ploy’ to bring back former chief executive officer Werner Iita after he discovered the town’s irregular use of the management committee and council in the attempt.
