Welfare organisation receives funding

SINASRA, a Namibian welfare organization, registered with the Ministry of Health and Social Services has received funding of (N$44874) to celebrate International Albinism Awareness day from Trau Bros Diamond Namibia.

Speaking at the event that took place over the weekend, SINASRA Chairperson Paulus Johannes said the funds donated made it possible for those living with albinism to rejoice and feel imperative.

“Today, our hearts are again warmed and full of joy as our event has been made possible, we are grateful for the support,” he added.

SINASRA started as a rotary project and has developed into an independent entity.  Its objective, as the name depicts, is to help improve the living conditions for persons living with Albinism in Namibia and some southern parts of Angola.
