Woman gives birth in taxi

Awoman gave birth in a taxi last Thursday morning after she abruptly went into labour while on her way to Katutura Hospital from her home in Goreangab.
She was subsequently rushed to hospital by an ambulance.

Narrating the ordeal, taxi driver, Amalovu Silvanus said the woman started crying as they approached the four-way stop in Greenwell Matongo and pleaded with him to stop as the baby was on the way.
