YOUNG female leaders in politics have hailed President Hage Geingob’s decision to appoint 22-year-old Patience Masua as a non-voting Member of Parliament following the resignation of Rear Admiral (Rtd) Peter Vilho from the National Assembly.
Masua who has served as the secretary-general of NANSO and also worked as an assistant in the office of Swapo chief whip in the National Assembly last week became the eighth parliamentarian selected by the President under Article 46 (1)(b) of the Constitution.
