Renowned young handball umpire, Prince Velikoshi, is among the fortunate individuals worldwide selected to attend the 65th International Session for Young Olympic Ambassadors (YOA) in Athens, Greece, from June 7th to 19th this year.

The Namibia Handball Federation (NHF) announced his selection last week.

Velikoshi, 19, the youngest certified/qualified handball umpire, having attained an NHF D-coaching license certificate last year, is highly regarded by the federation for his hard work and dedication to the sport.

For generations, Namibian communities have relied on the healing properties of Pechuël-Loeschea leubnitzia, commonly known as Bitter Bush (Ezimba), to treat various ailments. Pechuël-loeschea, is a monotypic genus of African plants in the elecampane tribe within the sunflower family, and named after the German plant collector and geographer Eduard Pechuël-Loeschea.
